Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to Alivanta.

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements or used wellness products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
